If you already had the work
$660 a week
8 × general ding at $110, after a quarter for materials. At that pace the $995 course is covered in about 2 weeks. That assumes you already have the jobs. The business modules are there so you can go and get them.

Jimmy is an absolute legend - he fixed up a dodgy existing repair on my beloved longboard and made it look brand new. Jimmy took the time to chat through the process and how he could help - the work he did exceeded my expectations by far. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for board repairs - thanks again Jimmy!!

Came back from Indonesia with a few battle scars on my JS board and a broken nose during transit. Originally I just wanted to get the nose fixed but Jimmy came back with a quote to fix it all up and my board came back looking great. He went far and beyond, even fixing up the pressure marks and the DIY repair jobs on my bottom deck.

The teacher
Jimmy runs Gold Coast Surf Repairs at 1/24 Central Park Avenue, Ashmore. He has surfed all his life. The shop started after he and his dad left a board somewhere unattended, messy, and unclear on price. He wanted the opposite: an agreed price, a proper repair, and the board back on time.
The shop repairs PU and EPS shortboards, longboards, SUPs, nipper and mal boards, and foil boards. Monday to Friday 9–5, Saturday 9–2. A normal repair is 5–7 working days.
